What they are saying...
Chuck B.
"...I have seen his excellent work from the sidelines of the soccer field, football field, volleyball court, and softball diamond, capturing both the technical skills of the sports, but also the full range of emotions of the athletes and coaches. I have also seen his eye for composing the traditional images of a wedding and reception as well as his instinct for capturing a window into the personalities and emotions of the attendees when they least expect it. Jim has the compositional skills of an artist to frame a shot with the right emphasis, appropriate lighting, and effective depth of field. He also has the equipment, skills and experience to capture the best image at the right moment and process it after the fact to make a lasting memory with dramatic impact. Jim is an accomplished photographer, but he is also easy to work with. He will follow a client’s directions regarding style and content, but he will also offer creative suggestions if desired. I give Jim my strongest recommendation as a photographer to capture your most significant, most fun, or most memorable moments."

"I had Jim Pace do my photography for my wedding. All the pictures turned out great. He captured everything I wanted before my ceremony, during and after. We were VERY satisfied with the outcome. I guess if you take a look at my wedding album or any of the picutures he may have taken you would certainly agree."

"Jim Pace was the photographer for my son’s wedding back in 2006. Jim was an absolute delight to work with. His command of his camera equipment and his great sense of humor made my family very comfortable with having our photos taken. Jim was great at getting every shot we asked him to include in the final photo package. Our photos were provided on a DVD just a couple days after the wedding. We were very impressed with what we saw. The photos taken were wonderful and there was a wide variety of different poses included. Many of the poses were typical for a wedding but many were also done candidly. To my surprise, some of these candid shots are counted as some of my favorites. Jim included photos in which he used filters and some were in black and white with highlighting selected objects in color, such as the bride’s bouquet. These were done respectfully and artistically. I have dealt with several photographers over the years and have to say that Jim is the most professional and easiest photographer I have yet to work with. I look forward to my next opportunity to use Jim Pace’s photography to capture our families most important events."

Jim Pace has been our team photographer for over 7 years and catches the best action shots and candid pictures of our players that I have ever seen. I have had parents try and do the same with little to no success. I use Jim’s pictures for our end of the season PowerPoint and parents always appreciate how great they turn out and love the DVD they get with the memories of the season that Jim has captured. Jim is always in the right place at the right time and gets the shot.

"My daughter and I have had the opportunity to work with Jim Pace for the last two years, mostly in sports photography. I have known Jim to produce sharp action shots over a wide variety of scenarios while shooting women's collegiate volleyball. We could rely on Jim to get some unbelievably poignant shots on the court. Jim was also successful at capturing the players in some fun, candid shots that gave the viewer a real sense of the game and subject. Jim was incredible in turn around time, always delivering DVD's that were very well done. I have known Jim to be generous with his time, talent, encouragement, and equipment, as I watched him work with other young budding photographers. As a videographer myself, I appreciated Jim's drive to get the best shots while remaining unobtrusive to the subjects. I have thoroughly enjoyed working with such a positive and capable individual like Jim and would highly recommend him for your photography projects."
